Traditional Recipe by Nikoleta. 1½ ποτήρι νερού ελαιόλαδο. 189; ποτήρι νερού πετιμέζι. 189; ποτήρι χυμό πορτοκάλι. 1 ποτήρι περίπου γάλα. 1 κουταλιά σούπας σόδα (τη διαλύουμε σε ένα φλιτζανάκι κονιάκ). Αλεύρι όσο πάρει να γίνει ο χυλός σαν του κέικ. Ανακατεύουμε καλά όλα τα υλικά. Ρίχνουμε το μείγμα στο μεγάλο ταψί του φούρνου. Ψήνουμε τον χυλό στους 160-170 βαθμούς για 30'. Όταν βγάλουμε το γλυκό από το φούρνο το περιχύνουμε με μέλι, τριμμένα καρύδια και καβουρντισμένο σουσάμι.
