The theme of the meal plan was chinese and I included almost easy, many indian based chinese recipes into the menu. Ofcourse, Gobi Manchuria. Any one who doesn't prefer to eat okras will definetely fall in love with this dish.The fried okra itself, tasted good before I sauted it with sauces. Worth a Try! Preparation time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes.
