Sarah Lynae's Weblog. This is where the adventure begins. January 17, 2012. Thoughts on Pregnant Bellies. Listen, baby mama. I know you are proud of that baby, and I get it. However, just because you are proud of your baby does NOT mean that I wish to see that honkin’ huge belly of yours displayed in a half nude picture. It. Is. Not. Special. To. Us. Baby = should be public. Preggo nude belly (with or without adornments) = should not be public. This entry was posted in Thoughts on. Enter your comment here.
“Briefly.” Part 2 | Sarah Lynae's Weblog

Sarah Lynae's Weblog. This is where the adventure begins. October 20, 2008. 8220;Briefly.” Part 2. The old croon that sat beside me on the plane gets up and slides out of the seat into the aisle, politely making her way towards her seat in 13B. 8220;Excuse me, sir,” I hear her feebly squeak, clutching her handbag and showing off her dentures in a smile. I can only sit here in shock. The sentence she breathe out still crowded my mind, sending off signals of panic and fear into my head. How does she know?

Sarah Lynae's Weblog. This is where the adventure begins. May 5, 2010. Dear unintentionally suicidal runner:. Don’t run on the roads with your music blaring from your headphones. It’s unsafe. Please watch the road and listen for traffic sounds. Do us all a favor: listen to music on the treadmill. If you wanna get serious, then get serious. This entry was posted in Uncategorized. Thoughts on words. | Sarah Lynae's Weblog
https://sarahlynae.wordpress.com/2008/10/24/thoughts-on-words
Sarah Lynae's Weblog. This is where the adventure begins. October 24, 2008. There are only so many combinations of words out there. Have you ever thought about that? I did… recently. I realized that no matter how I combine words, the effect seems always minimal at best. I’m not really a creative “on-the-spot” thinker, typically. I mull over words; I plan, I borrow, and I exchange words in my writing and poetry. But it still never comes out right. This entry was posted in Thoughts on. Reach for the moon.

Sarah Lynae's Weblog. This is where the adventure begins. April 30, 2010. Sending more thoughts into cyberspace. I think I’ve long outstayed my welcome at wordpress.com. However, I am still here, and I’m still thinking. Imagine that? That’s unfortunate. Since when did we stop caring about the people closest to us? We need to keep learning from them, and about them. And with this closing thought, I send this post into… cyberspace! This entry was posted in Uncategorized. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Jessie ...
Thoughts on Pictures | Sarah Lynae's Weblog
https://sarahlynae.wordpress.com/2012/01/07/thoughts-on-pictures
Sarah Lynae's Weblog. This is where the adventure begins. January 7, 2012. Pictures make me think of stories. Most would think of their specific memories when they see a picture; but occasionally I think of the stories that I did not experience. It was as if I were looking at a picture book of my parents and my older brothers traveling and having a good time before I was even born. It leaves a sense of aching, a sense of missing out on all that my small world had to offer. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Sarah Lynae's Weblog. This is where the adventure begins. January 19, 2010. Thoughts on Revelation 1:1-3. Revelation is a big, wonderful book. Have you ever taken time to study it? I did in bible school, but since then I’ve chosen more light reads. (eg: Psalms) Well, now it’s time to get back into the harder stuff! Ok, so, to start, the writer is John. He’s on the isle of Patmos, banished to a life of hard labor by Dominus (name? I want to be John. And now to return to the text…. I suppose I will find out.

Later on he is annoyed with a professional artist who comes to paint a portrait of Anna, because that one is so accurate and so real, capturing everything that he couldn’t draw out of her.
