Thursday, July 10, 2008. Well, my job has officially begun. This week has been orientation week where we did all the benefits information, got training about the company and the campus, and learned more about the healthcare industry and IT industry. It's definitely been a busy week, and I'm sure it's just going to get busier. Hmm, I guess that is all for now. Hope people are doing well back in MI! Thursday, July 3, 2008. Read previous post. A Path to the Dark Side Anger is. Yesterday a pair of. The message I listened to served as an important reminder of the pain that occurs when you subject yourself to anger, or ignore it. We must deal with it through forgiveness, just as the father forgives all His children for the anger that is caused to Him by our sin. So recently, being a Christian has made me feel a bit like a Jedi. Patience, a calm heart, etc. Thats basically the way of life set forth by Jesus. If only force push was a spiritual gift.

Whos Slave Are You? Since I didn't have to work last night, I decided to climb out my window and walk all the way to the top of the roof and clear my mind. After some time of meditation I crawled back into my bedroom and entered the following into my journal:. Thursday, May 29, 2008. As most of you probably know, electricity/light is very important to me. I would say that I am addicted to electricity/light, like most people are. Yesterday, I got home from work and we lost electricity from roughly 5:30-9:00. This was especially tough because the Pistons/Wings/Tigers all played and I couldn't watch there. So, I took a nice long nap that was definitely much needed. My first time every doing an inductive Bible Study, I dissected the passage from 1 John 1:5-10.

Tuesday, June 17, 2008. God is faithful, and funny. So I found out some big news on Monday: I've been offered a position at Epic Systems in Madison, WI. I will be a staff accountant for them, most likely working in their GL department (which focuses on the general accounting functions such as reporting, working with their fixed assets, exploring how their international expansion affects their company, etc).
