A year with no winter. A deployment journal for kids of all ages…especially my nieces and nephews! But then you start to explore behind the T-wall barriers and (lo-and-behold! We are in the big city! 🙂 There are thousands of soldiers here, either working hard or waiting for rides deeper into Iraq, or back to America. The dining hall is huge–and has more options and offerings than Buerhing could imagine! I suppose that early morning PT is important to keep from getting fat! Hope your days are going well!
