Monday, March 09, 2009. Those were the days. When i had to wake up early everyday to run. When i had so much energy and motivation to chiong. When everything is about positive mindset and cannot-say-die. When i don't need the alarm clock to wake me up. When i look forward to saturdays' water trainings. When i have to complete sets of 'McDonalds happy meals' filled with push ups, burpies etc. When i have team members to rely on. When i have a coach to guide me. When i have my boat to vent my frustrations.
