I have spent more time with old friends, Josh has been on half term, Easter has been and gone, I am still trying hard with the diet and exercise regime (though have had a couple of non diet meals) and I have been working more too. Recently I went to a restaurant in Key Biscayne called Artisan. It’s was cozy and had a modern vibe to it with clean rustic design elements that made it a gold mine for great pics. The menu was predominantly Argentinian/Spanish with a great selection of cured meats including rare Spanish ham know as hamon iberico. They also offer desert including fresh brownies. This was my calamari served on chopped vegetables and potatoes. It was very good the best part was definitely the vegetables.

Friday, October 24, 2014. I suck at Blogging. Admitting it is the first step.right? Anyway, sometimes things are just too good to not put down and in order to remember things I figure this is as good as a way as any. So two things to take away from a couple weekends ago. 1) 7 year olds should not be allowed to play tarzan using blankets and ceiling fans.one is stronger than the other. 2) 2 year olds need to be reminded that toothpaste is not food and you don't eat it the same way as a go-go squeeze.
