Saturday, April 12, 2008. New me, An over due update. I have now got a nicotine replacement inhalator, to help me try to quit again on Monday. I had put on a lot of weight and was in danger of going up another dress size. However over a year I managed to lose a stone, get fit (I swam 22 miles in 10 weeks in a sponsored swim), and give up smoking. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
