Dunhill Medical Trust funded a three year long project to develop creative work with those with dementia. During the three years a team of artists worked in nine care home settings in the South Yorkshire region. The aim was to enhance the well being and quality of life of the residents, seeing past the dementia and engaging with the person as a unique individual, using arts activities including singing, movement and different types of visual art.
