The ONE lifestyle choice that has the greatest positive effect on our health is being smoke (tobacco) free. I am happy to say that I have never smoked a cigarette in my life, however I have been around countless people who do including my husband. He smokes outside to keep the air in the house clean, but it stays on his clothes and hair for a good while. After reading chapter 11 in Connect Core Concepts.
