There are a ton of banana plantations, and the banana plants have these huge green leaves that wave slowly in the wind. In fact,they remind me of elephant ears; did the designer of the elephant take inspiration from the banana plant, or vice versa? Who could ask for more? Last night, our friend Kenneth who accompanied us all over Ugandan for New Vision trainings brought his whole family here to say goodbye. The kids are so cute. Daughter Martha asked, "What tribe are you? We told her we are Americans and don't have a tribe. So she thought awhile and then said, "So you only speak English? This from a 10-year-old who speaks at least two languages, probably three and a smattering of other tribal languages.
