Sunday, 17 July 2011. One month to go. Peter has sailed off onboard Marina to New Caledonia and we certainly hope that he has a safe trip and makes good time so he gets back at the start of August for us. The starboard motor has been in getting reconditioned and should be fitted this week and the list of jobs needing to be completed continues to grow but doesn't quite look so daunting now. we will be ready Im sure. We are still on schedule to leave mid August, weather permitting. One month to go.

The count down is on with aiming to sail to Vanuatu mid August to look for dive location and future tourism opportunities with a view to live aboard charter in the remote areas of the South Pacific. Thursday, 13 October 2011. Wednesday 12.10.11. Of blue bottles that went on for miles. Definitely didn't want to end up in the water there! Frozen Mahimahi , stirfry veges and rice for tea, a reef in the sail and it was time to leave Russell in charge on shift and catch some more sleep before having to rise for our respective shifts later at night. The days are blending into one another, but seem to pass quickly enough and everyone is starting to think of getting home. Lat 31 34 S Long 171 20 E.

Monday, 26 September 2011. After our hospital fix Eric and I motored down to Million Dollar Point to meet the boys then they were all off for another dive, Russell had done the passageway along A and B decks while Peter had visited the galley in the morning. Now they were all busy diving in various sections around the bow. Eric has taken his tripod today with a cunning plan - we will see.
