You'd think it's hard work or something. Aug 31st, 2008 at 9:35 AM. Jeez, with the frequency of my posting to my journal, you'd think it was hard labor. So easy to forget to do when no one is reminding you. So easy to tell yourself you'll do it tomorrow. Oh well, it's been over a month since my last post and since my wife and sister are able to remember to post every week, I thought I oughta write something. It was not to last. BTW, my model building endeavors this summer have been extremely slow-going&#...

Groupie help - Doctor Horrible Costuming

Dressing up for villainy and superheroism. I'm trying to find a picture for the Captain Hammer groupie shirt- I want a ladies size shirt but unfortunately the website only sells mens :( Does anyone have the image large enough for a t-shirt transfer? Alternately, I'm also looking for the Captain Hammer graphic (the image I found in an earlier post no longer works) for my co-costumer. Posted on Oct. 20th, 2010 at 09:45 pm. If you sew (or know someone who does, you could buy a men's groupie tee and.

Aug 22nd, 2010 at 12:17 PM. It means "switch stance" in Korean, when training with a Taekwondo master. It's also a good theme for my first post here in over a year. So yeah, I've got an on-line journal and I'm on Facebook too. Hopefully my posts both here and on FB will come across as being slightly more clever/funny/helpful/etc than the average self-absorbed wanker. 3 comments Leave a comment. We're still here! - Twin Cities Costumers
http://tccostumers.livejournal.com/27608.html
Jan 27th, 2011 11:58 am. It’s been quite a while since we’ve posted here. I went on maternity leave over a year ago, and other members had life issues of their own, so the whole Twin Cities Costumers’ Guild kind of quieted down. The primary instigators here since we started up have been myself and. Here’s what we see for the future of this space:. A couple events a year that we will organize. A posting place for any other events any area costumers want to share.

Jun 19th, 2013 at 1:13 PM. Twenty years ago today in a stuffy little church in North Carolina I married a guy who looked really good in uniform. Life hasnt always been easy, and we have had plenty of downs with our ups, but we have made it this far, and not everyone can say that. Happy Anniversary to my wonderful husband AJ. 4 comments Leave a comment. Jun 19th, 2013 06:33 pm (UTC). Happy 20th to you both! Jun 19th, 2013 07:48 pm (UTC). Happy Anniversary Laura and AJ! Articles in Threads - Twin Cities Costumers. Sep 22nd, 2009 03:59 pm. I noticed the last two issues of Threads. Magazine have had some great articles that could be put towards costuming. Issue has an article on re-covering shoes. Issue has an article on re-covering umbrellas, which could be used for making parasols, as well as an article on making gloves. 2009-10-28 12:18 am (UTC).

Save the Date: Victorian Picnic - Twin Cities Costumers. Save the Date: Victorian Picnic. Mar 20th, 2011 11:05 am. Saturday, June 4, 2011, 1:00 pm. Pack your own picnic and join us! Dress from any part of the Victorian era, c.1840-1900. Modern attire is welcome as well! We are thinking of picnicking in historic Irvine Park, on the edge of downtown St. Paul. It’s a small, quiet park with a lovely gazebo, surrounded by Victorian houses. More details as the date approaches. 2011-03-20 07:48 pm (UTC).
