Once Upon a Tart was the first place that Joel and visited before deciding to move to Glasgow. The gravitational pull from the cafe on two unknowing passers by was enormous. Those guys make you feel WELCOME. Before we knew it, we’d spent a fortune. The thing is, when you’re having a great time you kind of lose yourself. VERY recommended.
