Changing Faces Mentoring Program. The Changing Faces Mentoring Project program targets youth ages 6 -18 who are at risk of delinquency or have been adjudicated undisciplined or delinquent. The program serves youth that have been referred by parents, teachers, faith-based organizations or the Juvenile Justice Court System. Youth are paired with mentors who offer guidance, support and encouragement aimed at developing the competence and character of the mentee. Monday, September 05, 2016.
