Spread on a think layer of part-skim ricotta. A drizzle of honey. A sprinkle of chia and pumpkin seeds. You could also add some dried cranberries. Pretty Simple, eh? By The Frustrated HealthNut. 4 6 kale leaves. 1 frozen banana (I cut mine up in small pieces and put them in a zip lock bag to freeze). 1 handful of strawberries. 1 handful of blueberries. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. Note: you can either squeeze the juice out of the orange, or if you like pulp, you can blend the whole orange in. Don’t forget to peel the orange (I know, sounds obvious, but you’d be surprised).
