United Senior Services - Medical Claims

Our transportation programs get people to their medical appointments when there is no other source of transportation. We also provide Senior Nutrition meals for those homebound. Our trained drivers ensure that there is a social contact when that meal is delivered and a check that all is well five days a week. Transportation has changed hours of availability. They are now open for appointments 6 AM to 6 PM. Please call 937-521-3000 for an appointment or more information.
