GMYFL League ID Card Application. Players must present an acceptable form of ID to be eligible to play in games. Residents of the District of Columbia, and others, can obtain a League ID when the other three forms of identification cannot be obtained. Please note that League ID cost is set by the GMYFL, and not UNITY. Coaches Code of Conduct.
