Raquo; Viewing Article. Restart Access Point by unplugging ethernet cable plugged into POE side of injector.1.) Locate POE Injector (usually in a network closet). 2) Unplug cable plugged into POE labeled port. AP will immediately lose power. 3) Plug cable back into POE port. 4) Wait 3-5 minutes as AP restarts. Unplug Cable Modem (pictured below) and plug it back in. Wait 3-5 minutes to see if issue is resolved. If not continue below. See attachment for diagrams. People found this article useful.
