Baaa - * Wyrd bið ful aræd *. May 16th, 2006. 04:06 pm - Baaa. How do your friends waste their time online? Are you an LJ addict? Do you use any instant messenger programs? RL friends you'd have if you got offline more. The slightly frightening thing is, I can actually imagine. Also, I know for a fact that. Usually does get online while pretending to do homework, or, as I would call it, "multitasking". :D. Beware of the cliff. May 16th, 2006 08:25 pm (UTC). May 16th, 2006 09:17 pm (UTC). Oooh, thank you!

Wyrd bið ful aræd *. May 4th, 2006. 06:32 pm - Wheee! Normally it says "leave a comment, and:" right here, but I'm going to be random and say:. Leave a picture/drawing of a capybara here, and:. 1 I'll respond with something random I like about you. I'll tell you what song/movie reminds me of you. 3 I'll name something we should do together. 4 I'll say something that only makes sense to you and me (or just me). 5 I'll tell you my first/clearest memory of you. Beware of the cliff. 7) Why did you get an LJ?

An Experiment in Isolation (. An Experiment in Isolation. I find it so ironic that it's the supposedly pacifistic, tolerant liberal who always ends up casting the first stone. Have you ever watched a KKK or Neo Nazi rally? The KKK members never physically attack anyone; it is always the dissenting crowd who gathers to attempt to shout them down who ends up throwing a fist or a rock. Does that mean what the KKK does is right? Post a new comment. We will log you in after post. We will log you in after post.

a government scheme - mind at the end of its tether
http://unloveable.livejournal.com/121612.html
Mind at the end of its tether. Dec 14th, 2005 at 2:02 PM. I often listen to Jim Hightower. S daily commentaries on KBOO. Here's an interesting one from a few days ago:. PESTICIDE TESTING ON KIDS. RealAudio version available here. I'm whopperjawed. I'm stunned. I'm sick. I'm disgusted. I'm fuming. Get ready to puke, for these are some of the exceptions:. Neglected or abused infants can be subjected to pesticide tests, without the consent of parents or guardians. Not only do these repulsive exceptions viol...

http://moraltheory.livejournal.com/10601.html
This is some kind of quasi-psychological, quasi-philosophical reflection. Not much in the way of argument really. Just an sketchy idea:. The tone and content of moral thoughts and feelings differs depending on which of three (maybe more, less, I'm not sure) different relationship-schemata it occurs in the context of. These are:. This seems to me to make some small amount of sense, in terms of making sense of our often conflicting moral intuitions. It suggests, moreover, that some cases of moral confl...

Objective Moral Fact: moraltheory
http://moraltheory.livejournal.com/11212.html
Those who argue for positions which unjustifiably restrict the rights of others to speak against the prevailing authority (as fascism does) have no reasonable expectation of being granted the right to freely express their political views. Allowing them enough rope to prove that they are incapable of actually valid argumentation is a charititable act; cutting them off once sufficient evidence is gathered is not blameworthy.
