Unraveling My Truth – through writing

September 22, 2016. In Three Things Thursday. Let’s address the big elephant in the room. I’m back after more than a month away! My absence was mostly due to our trip to the States and Colombia in August (one word: exhausting). Here are some pictures if you want to see. My chiropractor seems to double as my therapist. Last week, we had the below conversation. Chiropractor: You Look Tired. And dehydrated, your lips are chapped. Me: I am tired (and feeling guilty about the coffee I just had). August 4, 2016.

And I've learned that you should never, under any circumstances, sign autographs on children's hands. (I must have been really tired that day.). They were articulate, fun, and motivated. This pas...

Unraveling Politics in Search of Liberty. Sunday, August 16, 2009. Health Care - Reform. Health care reform seems to be a big topic these days. It is very divisive and raising a lot of blood pressure. For the record let me express my opinion. I have not read the existing bill but there are two fundamental problems with it that makes me opposed!
