Unschooled Learning: February 2008

http://unschooledlearning.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html

A blog about learning happening naturally and spontaneously. Wednesday, 27 February 2008. My husband and I have just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. I can’t quite believe so many years have rushed by; I certainly don’t feel 20 years older J. Anyway, we went to Florence, Italy, for a week, and immersed ourselves in art, culture and history. The ultimate art education experience! Sooo hard to say. Really, he was an absolutely outstanding artist. A career spanning 70 years, and so consistent. Photo...

Unschooled Learning: May 2010

http://unschooledlearning.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html

A blog about learning happening naturally and spontaneously. Thursday, 20 May 2010. Kate played with her new pony, Cloud, and Pippin (already a master at Liberty work), volunteered to join in. So there was Kate, new pony on one side, doing On Line work, and Pip on the other side, doing the same work at Liberty. It was beautiful to watch. Confident and outgoing, and she is full of faith that Tim. Will be the same. She needs that faith, because he can be really silly! Monday, 17 May 2010. Jesus, Your love.

Unschooled Learning: A Typical Day

http://unschooledlearning.blogspot.com/2010/06/typical-day.html

A blog about learning happening naturally and spontaneously. Thursday, 10 June 2010. People always ask what a typical unschooling day looks like! Of course, there is no such thing, because anything can happen, especially with so many people sharing a life. However. today would certainly qualify as a good unschooling day. Much later the girls returned, put the horses away and came inside. Julie made a second batch of cup cakes and Kate made popcorn. I continued studying. Yeh, a good unschooling day indeed.

The Unschooled Educator | Learning Should Be Messy

Learning Should Be Messy. July 8, 2015. Sunset orange bike with gears. Camping in the backyard as coyotes howl in protest. Sometimes protest and community are the same. Chapter books read by headlamp. And asking why our German Shepard does not listen to him. 8220;In her eyes, you are not the alpha.”. The next morning I hear his 10 year old feet step on the pebbles. 8220;Nova, I’m the alpha.” Our dog laughs. I laugh too. Yet when fever strikes the best place to recover is. June 16, 2015. Unschooled Gamer

Monday, January 30, 2012. Before I get into this, I decided that my recurring theme will be a review type theme. One game for each blog. I love this game. Absolutely incredible for such a simple-looking game. It's very pixelated, but that's what the game is like, and I like it. I started playing in Alpha. I've played several years; the first two and a half on my own, that last half with friends on my server. They're not little squares made up of hundreds of pixels, they are pixels themselves. Scaffolding...

Okay, I'm sorry for not blogging for a few days, I haven't really been on the computer too much and was a little uninspired to blog. But anyway, I'm writing now and that's all that matters :). unschooled today

A little place in the clouds for me to write about our daily adventures in homeschooling. Sunday, August 30, 2015. Grateful to have the opportunity to teach my children all day from home. The love for learning is the most important thing to teach. Little boys get called a lot of things. But it is often forgotten just how sensitive they are. Boys are so much more than rough and tumble. I can feel how much love they have inside them.". Saturday, August 22, 2015. Preschool lesson plan for 2015-2016. Play wi...
