Recently, i've been put to bed with my 10 year old brother.he is a heavy snorer while im really bothered.sometimes he reduce me to tears.coz I CAN'T SLEEP! Ok, enough to be told. the facts speak for themselves better. 1)Alcohol makes snoring worse but i'm lucky that i do not have to go through it. 2)Obessed or overweight ppl tends to snore more but i'm an average size ppl:).
