We always try to make an ornament for our tree. This year we painted premade Christmas trees that had places for the kids picture in the center. The kids got out of school early a couple of times since our football team went to the state playoffs. They ended up getting beaten in Tuscaloosa, but the kids were rooting for them all the way!

Sunday, September 30, 2012. It's Weddin' Day Y'all! We spent yesterday afternoon at the wedding of Jeremy's cousin Lindsey and her fiance Josh. The kids were all excited because they knew it would be outside, and they had never been to an outdoor wedding. The weather had cooled off, so it was the perfect evening for it. Thursday, July 19, 2012. This week we had our carpool meeting for the upcoming school year. We are blessed with a ton of kids in our neighborhood. With at least 2 of us having 3 kids at 3 schools, it was a little trickier than it has been in the past, but I think we've got it all worked out. I love our neighborhood mainly for the neighbors! There's always someone to talk to, borrow an egg from, or swap kids with! Here's a couple of shots from our "meeting". You can tell it was really taxing on us all!

Monday, December 31, 2012. Christmas day began around 6 am at our house. As usual, we had to wake all the kids up. I blame it all on the exciting Christmas Eve activities. I don't know any other parents that have to wake up the kids, it's always the other way around! We all went to open presents and see what Santa brought. Then we got ready and went down the street to celebrate with Pop, Nana, and the cousins. After breakfast we opened presents and played for the next couple of hours. Links to this post.

Idag tog jag 10.10 tåger till Ockelbo för att gå på secondhandbutik med min syster, jag passade på att köpa lite kläder jag kan ha med mig till Egypten. Kläder jag är ute efter är lite fladdriga och mysiga men som täcker armbågar och knän, därför tycker jag att "strunt-skjortor" är perfekta :). Kappan längst ned köpte jag i Ockelbo tillsammans med sjalen som jag använder som huvudbonad, gick tillsammans på 35 kr. Skjortorna köpte jag på en secondhand butik nära mig och de gick på 20 kr tillsammans (!
