Book, I came upon the "Me Time" section. This talks about making room for things to keep us grounded and better in touch with who we are and how we feel. Thursday, July 18, 2013. I think I mentally quit. The last month (oh, who am I kidding? It's more like this entire summer) I've really not been in a committed relationship with weight loss. My weight watcher leader probably thinks I fell in to a black hole and honestly, I have. That black hole is called summer time. By 9 a.m- I will have worked out.
