Banana, coconut and date treats! 2 1/2 cups of organic spelt self raising flour. 60g Macadamia Nut Oil. 2 tbsp of Honey. 1/2 cup of Shredded coconut. 1 cup banana mashed. 3 large pitted medjool dates soaked for 10mins. 3/4 cup of coconut milk. 1 tbsp of cinnamon.
