Update on Pat Smith. Sunday, November 16, 2008. There are no words. Could he be more like Pat? She says everyone loves her and look to her to provide the fun, she's so modest just like her mama! I know Pat is beaming with pride as he watches his children live their lives with such strength and grace. The Smith Family is going to take it one day at a time, that's the best we can do. Thursday, December 4, 2014. First Time Home Buyer Cries on Film. I enjoyed my client. We wrote two offers on two different properties. The first house the listing agent was hard to work with. The agent wouldn't return phone calls or reply to repairs and a lot of things concerning the house. So we cancelled that contract. Our next house she ended up liking a lot more.
