Media Training with Engineers. Royal Academy of Engineering. Folder Media created a series of 11 bespoke media training days designed for young engineers working in Industry. The aim was to equip them with presentation skills taught from the perspective of appearing on television and radio. It was hands on and interactive, with each day culminated with the engineers putting their new skills to the test by appearing on camera to film a demonstration of an engineering principle. Its team has bid for, and successfully won, new FM licences and DAB multiplex licences as well as renewing both local and national FM licences. It’s also completed DSP licences for many new digital services. It has also been involved in writing competitive FM licence applications, challenging the existing incumbent broadcaster.
