Tucked away in the scenic hills of Tunbridge Vermont,. We are craft brewing in a building that was previously used for washing wool. We are starting on a one-barrel Ruby Street Pilot System, and in the future will expand to a twin ten barrel system with a mix of 10 and 20 bbl fermentation vessels. Our cold brew was a big hit this summer at music festivals and currently on tap at a few local establishments. A coffee shop/tasting room will be opening in 2017. Farmhouse Brewery in Central Vermont operated.
