Arnold' s Trip To Shanghai. Sunday, November 16, 2008. Day 5 @ Shanghai. Today, we went to the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum. This science museum is 4 times bigger than the Science Centre in Singapore! Super, super big! It also let us get further into science, which I always want. By me I thought that smell gases will come out so I covered my face. Then, the teachers let us view two exhibitions we want. We went to the robots exhibition and saw some robots dancing. It was taller than I thought!

I sang in my mind as we walked out of the hotel after having our breakfast. The Shanghai Aerospace Centre was just beside our hotel. When we went in, we saw many fantastic spaceships and military objects. They don' t let us take pictures of the military vehicles, so I only can let you see the spaceships. Here are some of the spaceships. They were a beauty!

http://weishanandzheqi.blogspot.com/2008/11/day-3-rocket-launching.html
Thursday, November 20, 2008. Today was a big day! Jin Xin Primary School held a Rocket Launching Friendship Competition. Whose rocket that could fly the highest and stay in the sky the longest, would be the champion. After all the hard work, each of us finally got our own rocket ready to launch. This was so EXCITING! Launching a rocket is not a piece of cake, there are many steps to learn and remember. Thus, I was worry to be forgetful. Luckily, I was not. Thanks a million to Jessica. Posted by Zhe Qi).

She wanted to buy a stamp with her name carved on it. That tiny little thing cost 208 Yuan, it is about $40 in Singapore Currency. It cost a lot, right? Ms Yap dare to bargain to the shopkeeper and got the stamp at only 80 Yuan. That was a good buy! Kids have good bargaining skill too! The shopkeeper did not hesitate to agree on that. Wow!
