In the end, it really depends on what you are looking for. If it's just money? Then sure, unless you can get a better job back home. If it's for the french? Really depends on where you are placed, but most people here can speak French, so you can try to insist on that. If it's to meet new people? Yes, this is definitely a great way to meet some locals.

Thursday, May 11, 2006. There is the option of arriving on the Saturday, or on the Sunday before the program starts. So how do you decide which day, and what time to come? Specific registration times are given on their website FAQ, but by no means do you have to actually physcially arrive at those times. Tuesday, May 30, 2006. There are 'mandatory' weekend vists run by the UQTR for each weekend you are in the program. You will be given to chance to visit Quebec City, Montreal, Mauricie Park, as well as TR itself. Things to note:. Most of the activities offered cost extra money, and they do not actually organize any kind of group discount, so once you fill the one mandatory activity quota, feel free to travel by yourself and see the sites at your own pace. Breton for delicious (and affordable $5) crepes!
