I love squash and I especially love them pickled! I have found this great little recipe to use up some of the lovely abundance in this years garden. Enjoy This recipe is from the website of the National Center for Home Food Preservation Yield: 4 pints 8 cups sliced tender squash 2 cups thinly sliced green bell pepper. I used to beat egg whites and then add it to my waffles. I guess that's why I do what i do. But what about you? What do you love to do? World wide movement for a better global economy.

Do you know where your food really comes from? Research shows that on average food travels 2500 kilometers from the field to your table. That’s a lot of fuel, pollution and carbon. It is also leading to reduced variety, poorer nutritional content and an industrialized system of production that can be inhumane and at times, unsafe. Join us.
