aurora australis: SP package!
http://auroraknits.blogspot.com/2006/08/sp-package.html
No, never heard of it. Hand over your yarn. I got home this afternoon and found a lovely pink SP package. It has the BIGGEST yarn and needles that I have ever seen in it! That's Big yarn in pink, and two different fun furs. And chocolate. Which someone ate once the package was opened (doo-doo-de-doo). And big needles, which are cute in a weird sort of way. Thanks SP! I love pink. Even when I was a moderator on a goth website, my avatar had pink in it. Another score this week, and a CPurl inspired photo.

No, never heard of it. Hand over your yarn. World cup and Garden Scarf. Okay, I promised something about the Knitting World Cup. But I just had to show this off first. It's my first crochet project since granny squares as a kid. Garden Scarf", by Michelle Amerson, contained in the book Stitch and Bitch Crochet: The Happy Hooker. Made with stash DK yarn and a 4mm hook, rather than the specified materials. Easy as easy, and everyone has noticed it! I think I could like crochet. Posted by aurora at 5:57 pm.

Please update your links, blogrolls, and t-shirts. Monday, January 31, 2005. Computer is happily re-assembled in my room, though I've managed to misplace a camera cable again. Clever rodent. Nope, haven't finished the raglan, though I did start and finish a different sweater. This is, more or less, the infamous Five Hour Baby Sweater. Started on Saturday and finished today, but on the number of hours I haven't the foggiest. Computer knitting can't be timed well. Seems to be going around. On the right is ...

And a few frantic phone calls to Lisa. I finished a pair of adorable baby socks! I've never been a bootie fan, they're just too froo-froo for me. But the socks, they're just mini's and they are just way too cute! And damn quick too. They're so easy and quick, I even weaved in my stray ends! Friday, December 22, 2006. Posted at: 10:03 AM.
