Monday Night Meal and Sermon. We serve a hot meal and sermon every. Monday 6 pm at the Jungle ( Rabbit Park. On the third Sunday of each month we distribute groceries to homeless and low income individuals and families. Get in touch to find out our distribution site and date for the month. We also provide emergency food assistance throughout the month. Call our message center 619-500-3073 and leave a message and someone will return your phone call ASAP. Annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner.

We are currently accepting volunteers for the following positions. Please contact us. To sign-up to volunteer. Monday Night Meal and Sermon:. We have a variety of volunteer positions available for our on-going Monday night events: cooks (view below), greeters, servers, etc. On the third Sunday of each month, we distribute groceries to those in need. Sorting is 10:30 am on Saturday and distribution starts at 2 pm Sunday. Annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner for the Homeless:.

Urban Refuge is 100% volunteer operated. 100% of your donation goes to serve the needs of the homeless communities that we serve. It’s that simple. We accept the following types of donations:. Clothing (new and used). Camping equipment (new and used). Toiletries and women’s care products. All donations are tax deductible. We issue tax exempt receipts at the end of each year.
