Saturday, August 15, 2015. Check in time again. I hit the gym hard this week, despite having to take a rest day on Monday and Wednesday due to some doctor's appointments and a lengthy test at the hospital. I planned ahead, however, and just made those days my two rest days this week. Stats: I lost another pound, so I'm down a total of 7 pounds. I did take measurements yesterday, and I've lost in a few places, but gained in others (what the heck? Saturday, August 8, 2015. Here's to the next 6 pounds!

Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Yarn Along: Sweater Progress and more Mitts! Linking with Ginny for Yarn Along. It has been quite a week. Piglet, Birdie, and Ponchik have all had RSV. Needless to say, that threw a wrench in my plans for this week. Thank God, she is doing better now, and we came home on Sunday afternoon, but it is Wednesday now, and I still feel like I don't have my feet under me. The upside is that I've gotten a lot of knitting done this week, because it doesn't require a lot from me.

Enjoying the simple things in life. When I had my kids close together, I gained 55 pounds. I was slowly losing the weight (very slowly). Then I was hit with very bad vertigo (4 months postpartum), and was unable to walk and out of work for almost 4 months. Eventually, I was back on the treadmill and running 4 times per week. Then we finally received the diagnosis of Autism for our son, which allowed us to receive specialized therapy everyday (ABA Therapy 6 hours/day). Along came The 21 Day Fix and Autumn.
