Had a really good time even though it was extremely hot and muggy (heat index was 100 degrees). And guess what? We walked all day for a total of 16.31 miles. Yes, I said it! 1631 Holy cow. Needless to say I’m a bit sore (but not as bad as I thought I was going to be). It was a great time. Week 19 Weigh In.
