The South - USA Music tour. Wednesday, 9 November 2011. It was a lovely visit with Les but off now to New Orleans! Flights were great - early even and I got to the hotel around 3.20 after a slight mix up with transport. I just remained in the room until Maurice came back around 5.30. Abandoned said hanging and retreated inside. I started peeking at Facebook, Twitter and the like. And time was eaten away. If ever there was a time wasting activity designed to remove hours of your life in a flash - is must be hovering on social networks. I have at long last reached my target weight after 5 months. Now I didn't have much to lose, by many standards. I was just over 11 stone (about 156 lbs - that was the kick up the backside I needed) and am now 9 stone 10 (136 lbs). So I have lost around 16 lbs. After arriving back in Sydney a few days ago, we have all had a chance to sleep, enjoy Christmas and too much food (hopefully not cheese!
