This is a highly prized and unusual dish! 1kg (2 lbs) fresh cuttlefish (also know as sepia, about 3 medium sized). 0,5kg (1 lb) fresh squid (about 2 medium sized). 1/3 cup olive oil. 1 large onion, minced. 5 cloves garlic, minced. 3 Tbs finely chopped parsley. Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. Cup dry red wine. 1/24 cup red wine vinegar. 1 Tbs olive oil (for rice).

Seppie fresche 1kg (2 libbre) (inoltre sapere come sepia, circa 3 di medie dimensioni). 0,5kg (1 libbra) calamaro fresco (circa 2 di medie dimensioni). Olio di oliva della 1/3 di tazza. 1 grande cipolla, tritata. Un aglio dei 5 chiodi di garofano, tritato. Prezzemolo finemente tritato di 3 Tbs. Vino rosso asciutto della tazza del 1/4.

Dieses ist ein in hohem Grade taxierter und ungewöhnlicher Teller! 1kg (2 Pfund) frische Kopffüßer (als sepia, ungefähr 3 auch wissen mittelgroß). 0,5kg (1 Pfund) frischer Kalmar (ungefähr 2 mittelgroß). 1 große Zwiebel, gehackt. Knoblauch mit 5 Nelken, gehackt. 3 Tbs fein gehackte Petersilie. Salz und frischer Grundpfeffer zum zu schmecken. 1/4 Schale trockener Rotwein.

Seiches 1kg (2 livres) fraîches (savoir également comme sépia, environ 3 moyens). Calmar 0,5kg (1 livre) frais (environ 2 moyens). Huile d'olive de 1/3 tasse. 1 grand oignon, haché. Ail de 5 clous de girofle, haché. Persil finement haché de 3 Tbs. Sel et poivre moulu frais à goûter. Vin rouge sec de tasse de 1/4. Le persil pour garnissent.
