http://mrkleespies.blogspot.com/2010/07/keeping-score.html
Mr K's Social Studies. Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Continuing with the GAME plan framed by Cennamo, Ross, and Ertmer (2009). I am now monitoring my progress to help me reach my goals. My goals are to promoting student reflection using collaborative tools and to design relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools (ISTE, 2008). I had decided to do this by learning how to podcast and create wikis. Can I tell who has downloaded a podcast? Cennamo, K., Ross, J. and Ertmer, P. (2009)&...I wish th...

http://mrkleespies.blogspot.com/2010/08/eval.html
Mr K's Social Studies. Wednesday, August 4, 2010. I will certainly be using the GAME plan the next time I am going to learn a new technology or just about anything for that matter. Having this guide to work from has made learning difficult applications much easier by establishing a goal, the action needed to reach a goal, monitoring progress and finally evaluation (Cannamo, Ross and Ertmer, 2009). August 5, 2010 at 6:50 PM. By adjusting how you approach your homework and discussions I have a feeling that...

Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Better Late than Never. I wonder if any of my cohort are felling the same way. Teacher in Training: November 2008
http://mpotoshnik.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 17, 2008. If/when I get my first classroom. Will I be looked down upon by the other teachers with 20 years of classroom experience that do not use technology? With being the "new" teacher in the social studies department should I start my classes more traditionally and ease into the technology as to not upset the apple cart? Keeping myself politically/professionally safe. Or, should I come in and utlized technology to it's fullest? Posted by Mark Potoshnik. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
