Home Made Wheat Pasta. 2 c Wheat flour. 3/4c 1T. Water (or 3 eggs). Can add 1T. wheat gluten for a chewier texture, if so- add 1T. more water). 1 Stir ingredients and hand knead. 2 Roll thin and cut in pasta cutter. 3 Hang to dry on hangers or bake on 2 cookie sheets at 275* for 15-20 min. 4 Boil for 7 minutes. 5 Drain and rinse with cold water.
