Sunday, May 1, 2011. かなり一日の拘束時間が長かったため、ブログ更新もままならず・・・. 私の場合、最初の４週間は病棟、次の２週間は新生児室、そして最後の２週間は外来クリニックという順番でした。 病棟は血液・腫瘍科で働く機会をいただきました。本当は様々な病態みたかったので、一般病棟でもいいなと思っていたのですが、腫瘍内科に興味があるので特に変更リクエストもせず４週間の実習に突入しました。 普通病棟で働く医学生は、朝５時ごろ出勤。私は血液・腫瘍科なので少し遅めの６時に毎朝出勤しました。普通病棟の朝が一時間もはやいのは、回診の時間が１時間早いためです。朝の仕事は全て回診のための下調べと準備なので、症例をディスカッションするのに十分な情報を集めるための時間に費やされます。 医学生はふつう、２－３人の患者さんをまかされます。血液・腫瘍科では長期滞在の患者さんも多いですが、入院したての患者さんを追っていくほうが分かりやすいので、前夜に入院した患者さんなどを受け持たせてもらうことが多いです。 回診には医学生、研修医（インターン１名、シニアレジデント１名&...患者さんのケアに関わるほぼ全ての医療...
