Despite what the activity on this blog might suggest, I haven’t been sitting around doing nothing for the last five weeks! After Ottawa, I decided to sign on with Reid Coolsaet. We worked out a racing schedule through October with my next goal race being the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon. Leading up to STWM, I plan to run the Springbank Half. In London (September 13); the CRIM 10 mile.

Admittedly, it probably would’ve been a lot more fun on a proper road bike. I got in some good rides, my longest being 40 km and 50 km. So what’s next? So that’s the situation I find myself in. How did this happen? What can I learn from this so that I reduce the likelihood of it happening again? Week of August 3. M: Workout: 20′-20′. Week of August 10.
