High School Erg Sprints. For Adults in their First Full Season of Rowing. Is a sweep rowing program for men and women who have little or no rowing experience. Its goal is to teach basic rowing skills and to develop the techniques and fitness needed to compete (if the members desire) against other novice rowers at regattas on the Occoquan river. After completing this program, rowers are eligible to join other PWRC programs. This program is open to all adults! Adult Novice Camp Graduates: $550.

High School Erg Sprints. The Racing Program's primary focus is preparing for and competing in regattas - practices and workouts here are the most intense. The rowers test and train year-round. The teams primarily compete in Sprint Races (1,000 meters) in the summer and Head Races (5,000 meters) in the fall. Our Racing teams have enjoyed significant success.
