Upon graduating from Central Dauphin East. High school (Harrisburg, PA) in 1966, I attended. As a physics major for two years. The Vietnam. Conflict was reaching its peak. Partying as a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon. Fraternity, I became undecided as to my academic goals. Thus, I began my career with the Navy. I have 28 total years of service.
