Snowshoeing Wheeler Creek Middle Fork
http://www.utahhikes.net/w_midfork13/w_midfork13.shtml
Snowshoeing Wheeler Creek Middle Fork. January 2013 - 40 photos. Following the Middle Fork Trail of Wheeler Creek heading for Ice Box Canyon. Before going up to Snowbasin we left my car at the bottom of Wheeler Creek Canyon, and Cheryl drove us up to the Green Pond trailhead. When finished we drove back up in my car so Cheryl could get her car. It was a beautiful day and we did have a good time. This hike was 4.8 miles, dropping 1,438 feet. In the bottom of Ice Box Canyon along Wheeler Creek.

http://www.utahhikes.net/mirrorlake_13/mirror_2013.shtml
Hiking the Mirror Lake Area. September 2013 - 72 photos. This hike was around the Mirror Lake area, hiking to Emerald Lake, String Lakes, Bonny Lake, Blythe Lake, and more. View of the lakes in the area around Mirror Lake as seen from the top of Bald Mountain. Emerald Lake, the first one we hiked to - Not very big, but pretty. After checking out Emerald Lake we drove down to Mirror Lake and began our hike around the west side of the lake. A pretty lake, one of half a dozen of the String Lakes we visited.

High Uintas Snowshoe Trip. Ruth Lake Area May 2014. The snow surface was pretty firm, but not down deeper. The biggest problem was rocks and boulders. If they were close to the surface, they would pick up heat and radiate it out into the snow. If you stepped there, you went through. Bill and I both did it from time to time, but we still had fun and enjoyed the day. Ruth Lake was still frozen, as were all the lakes we saw that day. Jewel Lake as seen from the cliffs on the east side. I knew that people to...
Two Uinta Panoramas
http://www.utahhikes.net/display1.shtml
Two Panoramas from Mountain Tops of the Western Uintas. View from the top of Mount Watson in the Western Uinta mountains. This photo was made from many photos stitched together. This photo is looking east in the center, but stretches about 180 degrees from north on the left, all the way arround to the south. The long straight lake is Clyde Lake and is pointing to the Notch in Notch Mountain. To the right of that is the cone shaped Ried's. You can click on either picture here, to see more of that hike.

Friday, August 20, 2010. This picture was also taken at the waterfall but looking back down the trial. Here we are back on our way down the trail. Here is a map of the trail:.
