Thursday, June 17, 2010. My Mom discovered a feature in her genealogy program that makes poster-sized genealogical charts. Her favorite is the hourglass chart; a chart that shows both the ancestors and descendants of a particular person. After the poster is printed, we spend hours scanning in photos, resizing photos, and ultimately attaching the photos to the poster. A few months ago, I helped my Mom make one for my Dad. This time around, we made one for my Grandpa. And bonus! I got paid. :).

The kids and I first flying to Utah on July 5th and Dave starting his drive on the 6th. Dave's trip was equally uneventful. He did choose a different route home though. Utah Mom's Cooking Corner. A cozy corner just for us to share our menu plans and recipes! Monday, January 30, 2012. Reverse Lemon Meringue Pie. Made this for the first time at bunko too and REALLY liked it! Not too heavy of a lemon flavor, and meringue crust is perfect! 4 eggs, seperated. 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar. 3 Tbsp. lemon juice. 1 Tsbp. grated lemon rind. 1/4 tsp. salt. 2 cups Whipping Cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. This was a hit at Bunko, so here is the recipe! 8 cups popped popcorn.
