Farmington Bay Restroom Facility Project – Utah Waterfowl Association. Farmington Bay Restroom Facility Project. Farmington Bay has been a great hunting hole for many of us in the past. For several years now, there have been talks to construct a permanent bathroom facility near the main parking lot, but no money has been available. This facility would be very useful to many hunters and a great addition for visitors to Farmington Bay. The Utah Waterfowl has teamed up to help bring this project to life!
