Laquo; Saturday Update. Tuesday Update- Going Home. On December 8, 2013. Angela is still doing well. Swelling has started but is to be expected. She had gotten up and walked a little bit, more than she’d like and less than Arlie would like. They are hoping to move her from ICU to the surgical floor today. She is still very weak and needs a lot of rest to recover and so they continue to ask for no visitors at this time, but are so very grateful for all of the prayers on her behalf. I am having a neuro test in a few weeks. It is supposed to last five hours. I’m not even sure what the test is but I am not looking forward to it. I do know that it will at least help me get back on track again. Really good news – they have decided to delay the gamma knife radiation treatment for a while. Laquo; Update 4:30. On December 6, 2013. Angela is out of surgery. Arlie got to see her as she passed by to ICU. She will remain intubated tonight to allow her to rest. They will begin waking her up in the morning. She did fine in surgery. I’ll try to get a fuller report out in the morning, or if an immediate issue comes up tonight.
