The TT starts on the South side of small hill (mound? Between the signs at the bottom of Dry Creek. It ends when You pass between the last 2 bushes at the top of Dry Creek just as the trail widens from singletrack into the lookout point. I took pictures of the start and finish, but my camera phone broke before I got home. I'll post pics as soon as I take some new ones.
