It is common for people who first hear of my diagnosis to diminish it with things like "we all have ups and downs", "who doesn't get worried or stressed some of the time", or my favorite, "sometimes I wonder how much of mental illness is even real". But I thought that they sort of went together, so I combined them. Thanks for reading. What happens if they are found? I would predict that no matter what happens, in a month we will have forgotten about it and we will have moved on. That's just the habit that we have gotten into, and I think that we can do better.
